We seek to open eyes as well as doors, to break down barriers of race and class, to move families from shelters to self-sufficiency, one family at a time.
We yearn for sharing in community, to care for other?s needs as for our own,
to share the warmth of hearth and heart, one family at a time. Our mentors provide individualized assistance from creating a budget to creating a resume; arranging educational opportunities for adult and/or child; banking; childcare; setting and meeting goals; spiritual growth and development; and financial responsibility. The list is limitless, depending on the needs of the family and the talents of our volunteers.
For we are all one family, the family of God.
